At a light roast, our Los Cedros is a “flavor power house”: Brightly floral and citrus-fruity flavors on the break, followed by honey-like sweetness with a clean, medium, slightly buttery body, finishing with a cherry tangerine aftertaste that lingers pleasantly on the palate.
