We really enjoy our Nicaragua as a dark roast, which produces beans that are very dark brown and slightly oily. The beans have an herbal aroma that reminds us of toasted almonds. Although roasted dark, we get a medium-bodied cup. You will find distinct notes of dark baker’s chocolate and a dry, smooth finish. Ou Nicaragua is quite versatile- you can enjoy it from a drip coffee to a shot of espresso!
